Shisanwu is a site of research and experimentation located in an active industrial building working with artists at all career stages who explore questions through materiality. The organization produces exhibitions that foster curiosity and research-based, site- and subject-specific experimentation beyond conventional gallery contexts and support artistic development.
Shisanwu at the Sheerly Touch-Ya Warehouse is a fiscally sponsored organization. As an artist-run project space, we rely on community support to continue our ambitious programming. Please consider making a tax-deductible donation or buying merch—proceeds help sustain exhibition programming, artist fees, logistics, and installation costs.
